Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipments

We offer several different shipping methods depending on the supplier ordered from.

• Please allow 48 hours for processing before order ships.
• Shipping durations are based on business days (weekdays)

Refunds

Hair2Go will ask of you to first allow the 21 business days from the day of the order was sent to pass. After you did not recieve the package or if you got notifed by customs (for non registered order) that your package was seized we give your money back or we send your order again in a diferent way. You may choose which option you want.
